Where could be a more spectacular place to earn a culinary arts degree than the beautiful Napa Valley. and wine-making region of St. Helena, California?
Campanile College Tours went to Napa to visit the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) and dine at the on-campus restaurant. CIA offers Associates and Bachelor’s degrees in nearby St. Helena with courses in executive education and food business on the Napa campus. The small wine-making City of Napa is full of vineyards and rolling hills. The historic downtown, with buildings from the 1800’s, is on the waterfront of the Napa River. We enjoyed a stay at the Carneros Resort just minutes from downtown, but in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by wineries.
